About David Schroeder

With over 16 years of experience in the organic and fair trade industry, I am a visionary leader who specializes in producing and marketing high-quality products from sugar cane, such as sugar, molasses, alcohol, and rum. I have a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-lawI am also the Co-Founder and Head Distiller at Legado Organic Distillery, where I oversee the production and distribution of organic and fair trade certified rums, vodkas, gins, and other spirits, using the freshest and purest ingredients from our own sugar mill. I work with our clients to custom formulate and blend their organic spirits, export in bulk or to bottle and private-label. My mission is to craft unique and delicious spirits that reflect the legacy and culture of Paraguay.
