Now living (at last) in the bucolic Hudson Valley, I have the distinct pleasure of working with a dynamic team of artists and administrators at the breathtaking, Frank Gehry designed, Fisher Center at Bard College. Smart institutions, like the Fisher Center, recognize that their impact extends well beyond the performance space. I am thrilled to be leading and learning from an incredible team focused on all aspects of the audience experience. I am also gardening - which is a helpful metaphor for just about anything one might encounter both personally and professionally.

As a Client Adviser at HQ, the consulting and advisory arm of Danny Meyer's, Union Square Hospitality Group, I worked closely with clients to develop customized Hospitality Strategies that were clearly articulated, systematically implemented and sustainable. My engagements were designed to quickly inspire teams, target specific guest experience objectives or spark organization-wide shifts in culture. HQ's clients span a wide range of industries including: entertainment, healthcare, retail, higher education and hospitality.

During my 19 year tenure at Roundabout I had the priviledge to assemble and work every day with a remarkable team responsible for all aspects of a multi-platform marketing and communications effort that consistently exceeded revenue goals, nimbly adapted to dramatic changes in the marketplace and helped grow the institution into one of the largest not-for profit theater companies in the United States.
