Growing up as a youth soccer player in Pittsburgh, PA, I learned how to effectively operate in a group from my years of interacting with teammates and coaches. That left me hungry for a college experience that would foster a team atmosphere while allowing me to develop as an individual, which I found at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. While earning my degree in Entertainment Management, I was a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, a four year starting player, and senior captain of the Men’s Soccer team. Upon graduation, my life in the midwest continued when I moved to Omaha, NE where I began my career and earned a Master of Business Administration degree.In 2014, I joined ConAgra Foods, Inc. where my position as a Supply Chain Specialist provided the opportunity to apply the skills I developed as a student-athlete and graduate student in a professional setting. My calm personality and attention to individual needs helped me excel in a customer facing role. As I became more interested in the supply chain analytics that drive our business, I focused on developing my analytical skills by taking on new projects and improving current reporting. In 2016, I made a move to Liberty Hardware in Winston-Salem, NC that allowed me to test and grow my analytical skills each day in the Demand Planning Analyst role. Surrounded by a great team and positive mentorship I developed an appetite for problem solving for both customer specific and department wide challenges. This made my next move to Fox River Mills as a Forecast and Inventory Analyst a natural one. In addition to managing all forecasting responsibilities for our private label and owned brands, I was tasked with completing important business projects that aligned with our strategic initiatives. In the first year with Fox River I implemented a sales & operations planning process and created a ladder plan for joint business planning with our higher volume customers.I've relished this opportunity to own the entire forecasting process at Fox River as it has pushed me to evolve as a professional and get better each day. I thrive on developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues that contribute to company success while allowing me to pursue personal growth.
