Working as a dispatcher in this company I was responsible for answering phone callsfrom Delivery Drivers and Customers. My skills are usually on the computer where I amtyping in notes and looking for information for anyone that currently needs it. Most of thetime it is involving problem solving during the delivery process and reschedulingdeliveries for another date. When it came to claims, my responsibilities included callingthe customers when they send in a Home Damage Claim Form and investigating thedamage allegations made by the customers.

As a meat clerk I was responsible for making sure all meat and seafood products weredated properly before being displayed on the shelves. Handled customers’ orders. Did alot of personal cuts for customers that were specific cuts of meat or seafood. Displayedgood customer service skills and kept the department in a clean and safe environment.

Delivered medical supplies and non-medical packages to hospitals, CDC, airport andmany different houses. Also picked up packages from hospitals and business fordelivery.

Worked in a bleach warehouse stacking pallets with boxes of bleach for shipping.( Temp Work)

Worked as one of the designated cashiers. Made sure that the aisles near my station werekept clean and organized. Provided excellent customer service.
