With more than 20 years of combined experience in information technology and hospitality, I am a Managing Partner at bizBLISS, a consulting firm that helps small to medium-sized businesses with better management, growth, and opportunities. My mission is to bridge hospitality with processes and technology, and provide solutions that save time, money, and resources for our clients.As a Hospitality and Technology Specialist, I have a diversified set of skills that include menu development, costing, scheduling, service models, team development, point-of-sale implementation, social media management, and marketing. I also have a passion for cooking and culinary arts, which I pursued at the Art Institute of Dallas, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and made the President's List nine times. I have also received a Certificate of Service for volunteering at a local food kitchen during the COVID-19 pandemic.
