Prepared business case for Resilience Program.Worked with vendor to develop Program Roadmap.Produce Project Schedule, PMP, Program Risk Rating, Resource Plan, Financials, RAID, Stakeholder Matrix.Achievements: The Business Case identified that projected program costs were 70% over expected budget and did not align with the Program Benefits. The result was the program being put on hold removing the need to spend budget where benefits couldn’t be realised.

Redefined Agile practices for a project stream that was not employing adequate Agile techniques affecting delivery. By identifying, educating and implementing best practice the project stream now delivers frequent sprints for Market Risk Applications.

Responsibilities• Planned the delivery of platform changes to facilitate the rollout of Infrastructure and hardware. across over 1000 CBA branches as part of the Branch Technology Transformation Program.• Develop the business case for Wi-Fi rollout.• Partner Telstra to ensure infrastructure including switches, routers and racks are in place.• Prepare the rollout of Enterprise Wi-Fi to 670 CBA branches.Achievements• Organised phase 2 of Branch Public Wi-Fi Rollout to CBA Branches CBA customers can now use branch tethered iPads and handheld devices to access free Wi-Fi in 97% of Branches.• Increased bandwidth by 60% at Premier Banking sites to allow additional Video Conferencing sessions to be setup. This came in under budget and on time.

Responsibilities• Work with business stakeholders including Product, Risk, Legal, Advocacy, and administration teams to assess impacts to business processes, procedures and systems requiring change.• Monitor the status of regulatory reforms via compliance legal and parliamentary updates.• Take a risk based approach to advancing projects where legislation wasn’t finalised. Achievements/Projects• Delivered Intrafund Account Consolidation Project across 3 admin systems providing the capability to consolidate duplicate member accounts. Budget $3.1M FTE 8 duration 12 months.• Facilitated project commencement for 4 Super Stream/MySuper Regulatory Reform Projects.

Responsibilities• Manage project team members across 3 building locations and multiple vendors. This included an offshore vendor.• Produce project schedules, status reports, allocate resources, manage budgets.Achievements/Projects• Delivered two Infrastructure projects for a data centre migrationsupporting Colonial Online Applications. Budgets for these two projects were up to $4M, FTE 12 and duration 8-10 months.• Took control of a project that was off track and rebaselined to approved budget and schedule.

Delivered a Composer upgrade project. Duration 18 months, 300 enhancements, bug fixes and compliance/legislative changes. This involved 3 project teams.Delivered a further 2 Composer upgrade projects running 18 months in duration.Managed Superannuation stream of work consisting of small enhancements delivering changes on average every couple of months. Managed WRAP Improvement Program stream of work delivering changes to reports, bug fixes and enhancements on the WRAP platform. Delivered 4 Macquarie WRAP Statement projects.Other smaller projects delivered included PAYG Reporting changes, Lost Member Reporting, Non Resident Changes, Fund Tax Changes, AML, IVR software changes and Unclaimed Money for Cash Accounts.
