At the moment I work as Team leader, coach and Scrum master with distributed international teams that create cloud-based solutions in Azure.With my teams I work to create a value driven mindset and create agile DevOps methods, tools and processes. I’m working with teams in different agile constellations setup as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban. Curiosity and the drive to learn new things have led me down different tracks during my time as a professional. IT areas in which I have good experience are backend solutions, web/frontend, mobile services and applications and cloud solutions. Today's IT systems often contain a subset of all these different areas. My knowledge and understanding within these have been of great help when working with agile management and coaching.As a person I am open and outgoing, which is helpful in creating a good dialogue between me, stakeholders and team members. I believe that people and organization are the most important driving factors in IT and these are always in focus in my work, supporting value driven IT solutions. I am often described as inspiring and creative. This has been expressed in my initiative to create a series of seminars in mobile strategies and developing a network for agile coaching. I also lead the agile IT management training and forum at my current office in Malmö.
