The AVPIE serves as the SACSCOC liaison for the college and completes required documentation, reports, and reviews. The AVPIE oversees a comprehensive program of institutional research designed to support the mission of the college, to inform management decision-making, and to meet reporting requirements as mandated by state, federal, and other external agencies or as needed by stakeholders. The AVPIE completes the annual Perkins local application and budget for the college with input from all Stakeholders as well as monitoring Perkins expenditures on a monthly basis, submitting budget revisions as necessary. The AVPIE coordinates the preparation of the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) reports. The AVPIE coordinates surveys for the college such as student course evaluations, annual student satisfaction survey, and colleague survey. The AVPIE conducts institutional effectiveness training sessions for faculty and staff and coordinates the continuous review and update of the Policy and Procedure Manual. Show less
