Oversaw human resources, corporate compliance and pharmacy technology. -Executed transition of 1,400 employee company to 100 percent ESOP organization. -Instituted company-wide, automated time and attendance system, accommodating NYS DOL requirements. -Oversaw recruiting efforts, training and development for all employees. -Continued to assist in new store acquisition.
