• Securitisation / Project Bonds: structured and placed more than 25 European transactions over a wide range of asset classes (RMBS, Auto Loan ABS and Auto Lease ABS, Consumer Loan ABS). Most significant deals include the Seine Musicale project near Paris (1st French PPP bond), the A28 toll road in Normandy (€900m refinancing and successful liability management exercise), CFHL-2 2015 (€1.4bn French RMBS for which full deconsolidation was achieved) and Moscow Stars NV (a $200m Russian RMBS with a very challenging placement).• Covered Bonds: structuring of 4 covered bond programmes, HSBC France representative at the European Covered Bond Council (ECBC) in Brussels and member of the working group which drafted the 2011 French Covered Bond Law.

• Supervised the implementation of 12 new currencies for HSBC France which became HSBC's European hub. Managed system readiness for more than 70 systems and apps. Also linked to potential securitisation projects.

• Leading a team of 8, I developed a data quality assessment process which led to the efficient and effective remediation of more than 250K customer KYC data records. The underlying objective was to have clean data for a potential securitisation.

Leader of a team of 3, I was in charge of the Domos (home loans) and Noria (consumer loans) French securitisation programmes. I also supervised the Spanish securitisations of UCI (Spanish JV with Santander).Noria 2005 (€1.5bn) was the 1st Consumer Loan ABS to break the E3M+10bps floor for its AAA tranche and Domos 2003 (€790m) was the 1st French retained securitisation to be eligible as collateral for short-term refinancing with the ECB.
