​David is a Managing Partner at PEAK Technology Partners. David has over twenty-five years of finance and investment banking experience, primarily in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) verticals. David has executed over $5 billion of transactions over his career.Prior to PEAK, David worked at Wells Fargo Securities and Piper Jaffray in their TMT coverage groups. He then spent three years at Houlihan Lokey (formerly ArchPoint Partners) and an additional three and a half years at Arbor Advisors providing M&A and capital-raising advice to technology companies. David started his career at Morgan Stanley where he spent over six years advising clients on investment strategies.
