    You Are Home was a business only Serviced Accommodation provider with a specialism in the film and TV industry in Manchester. YAH took on a number of apartments from BTR schemes on an exclusive basis with the owner and ran these in a hotel like manor with everything from a concierge team to hotel style cleans. As Managing Director I oversaw all areas of the company including Sales, Operations and Finance. Set up from scratch by myself we achieved the following:• £1.5 million turn over in year 1, £2.7 million turnover in year 2 and £3 million turnover in year 3.• Source and managed the apartments shown on Studio Lamberts "The Circle" for 3 years running. The show was broadcasted on both Netflix and Channel 4 in America, France, Brazil and the UK.• In 2020 we were managing over 220 apartments at full capacity outside of COVID restrictions.• Handled over 50% of a premier league football clubs relocations in 2021.• Became one of the dominant providers of accommodation to the film and TV industry in Manchester within 18 months of opening.• YAH was the only Serviced Accommodation provider in Manchester outside of the contracted supplier (Eydn) to be a preferred supplier to Deloitte.• Expanded into Liverpool in year 3. • YAH achieved ISAAP's Compliance Accreditation with Infection Control in 2022 and was the only accredited Living Wage Employer in our sector in the North West.
