PlanGrid emerged from Y Combinator in 2012 and received funding from Sequoia Capital, Tenaya Capital, Box, 500 Startups, Y Combinator, Navitas Capital, Google Ventures, Sam Altman, Paul Bucheit, David Sacks, and Alexis Ohanian.Helped grow PlanGrid from $30M to $100M+ in 2 years and facilitated an acquisition in 2019 by Autodesk (their largest acquisition ever). I was asked to lead the marketing team for Autodesk's suite of construction products. We launched Autodesk Construction Cloud soon after which included PlanGrid, BuildingConnected and several other Autodesk products. Grew the marketing team to more than 100 people and grew ARR to several hundred million dollars in 2 years at Autodesk.

Helped grow Marketo into the B2B martech category leader from 200 employees to 1K+ and through a successful IPO and subsequent $2B acquisition. The first year I was Head of Marketing for Crowd Factory which we sold to Marketo in early 2012.

Founded in 1996 in Calgary Canada, Replicon is a global leader in time tracking and expense management software with millions of users in more than 70 countries.I opened up the US office for Replicon and helped significantly grow the team and ARR.

Joined SuccessFactors when it was a privately held company with 130 employees. Ran global marketing and helped company grow from $20M to more than $250M ARR and go through one of the most successful IPOs in SaaS history in 2008.

OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN) is the leading supplier of restaurant reservation, table management and guest management/CRM softwareOpenTable had 60 employees when I joined and ultimately had a very successful IPO in 2009 and continues to grow globally.Oversaw B2B marketing team and all programs to drive restaurant adoption globally and maximize revenue.

Co-founded and grew this retained executive search firm to $7M in annual revenue, 5 North American offices and 50 employees. The Pacific Firm was awarded the #1 search firm ranking by the San Francisco Business Times 3 years in a row. We served clients in high-tech, biotech, media and financial services and successfully completed more than 2,000 Manager, Director and executive level searches during my tenure.
