David's Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises funds to provide financial assistance, wellness services and hope to families primarily in New Jersey affected by a cancer diagnosis. • Established David’s Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation, Inc. as a state and federal 501(C)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. • Created board of directors and facilitate monthly board meetings.• Implemented new organizational structure including the election of officers, creation of bylaws and articles of incorporation. Oversee all accounting/budgets. • Guide board of directors in the development of mission statement, website, merchandising and marketing plan to increase the Foundation business plan.• Responsible for directing fundraising efforts.• Leveraged relationship-building expertise to advance the fundraising efforts to $50,000 within the first year of incorporation and $500,000.00 after 5 years. • Identified and cultivated corporate sponsors to further the mission statement. • Motivational speaker for Fortune 100 companies and major associations.

Managed site work for a 350-acre $50,000,000 mixed-use project in Manahawkin, NJ. The project included two NJDEP landfill closures, retail construction, new county facilities and a 112 unit low-income housing complex. Served as liaison between general contractors for Target, Costco, BestBuy, Dick's Sporting Goods and PetSmart. Managed site work for respective stores. Reviewed and certified payment applications from contractors/engineers per contractual agreements up to $1,500,000.00. Conducted weekly site meetings for all contractors, NJDEP, NJ Pinelands Commission, state, county and local officials.

Responsible for an average of $3,000,000 per month in estimated closings and consistently attained between 100 to 125% of monthly sales goals. Developed and maintained relationships with outside real estate agents and account managers to cultivate referral business.
