I have a broad experience across many sectors including developer residential, social housing, private clients, care homes, healthcare, commercial and leisure with project values ranging from £50k to £15m.ACCESSIBLE DESIGNI advise on accessible architectural design with projects ranging from working with individuals in their own homes to designing hospital wards, care homes and improving accessibility in commercial and educational settings. I have designed and delivered many homes for individual clients with specific needs, working closely with Court of Protection teams, Occupational Therapists, Care Managers and the client’s family to create accessible homes that meet the specific needs of my client.EXPERT WITNESSI can act as an Expert Witness or Expert Advisor on litigation cases in two fields of expertise:1. I assess the suitability of the claimant's current home and report my recommendations for their future accommodation needs.
