After 2 years, I was offered an opportunity to return and build a Media Arts program and coach the e-sports program. Lessons developed for the course also include historical and analytical instruction within the history of various film/television production; other topics include producing podcasts, creating art using photography and understanding the different methods to photography, marketing/product creation/promotions, and creating visual content such as but not limited to: short films, sports reel, documentaries...etc.

Teaching English and History courses with students who have a wide range of IEPs and students that have completed rehabilitation for substance or who are doing credit recovery.

Develops lessons surrounding the thematic impacts, character development and overall historical impact on American literature during various time periods.Developed lessons surrounding early civilizations to recent world historical events. Topic matters in this subject are equivalent to New York State Global History 2-year curriculum.Film studies covers production aspects of both film and television. Lessons developed for course surround historical and analytical instruction. In addition to traditional instruction, students receive hands on instruction using the school’s production studio.Media studies covers a variety of content. With the inclusion of film/television production, other topics include producing podcasts, the cultural impact of mass media, and historical along with hands on instruction involving mass communications. Photographed and filmed various school events including but not limited to open houses and school masses. Created promotional material for the school. Assisted in streaming events for the school’s Youtube channel.

Developed lessons concerning current and historic events of Catholicism. Supervised and coordinated religious retreats for students of all grades. Moderated after school student activities/organizations. Participated in school functions that include Open Houses and student sporting events. Developed lessons surrounding the thematic impacts, character development and overall creation/structure of comics/graphic novels. Developed lessons expressing the different methods of writing. This includes but not limited to: creation of original storytelling, creation of comics, film reviews, poetry, commercials...etc.
