Je sais également ce qu'est la précarité en particulier le chômage pour l'avoir vécu, et je me suis ré-orienté complètement il y'a 10 ans dans la restauration. Je co-dirige aujourd'hui mon restaurant brasserie sur Toulouse - Labège après avoir co-dirigé une brasserie parisienne pendant 4 ans.
