Corporate Development / transformation specialist, working with Tech companies & Telco’s to provide leadership on a variety of projects from corporate strategy to VoIP platform migrations.Projects completed included:Hosted VoIP Platform Migration. The enterprise level analysis concluded that the deployed platform had deficiencies in terms of the feature set and UC potential. New platforms were considered and Due Diligence carried out before the final selection was made. Migration of end points was then managed as a formal project.Working with a high growth cloud computing & connectivity specialist. My analysis concluded that the business needed to consolidate their product portfolio and stop the diversification creep. This strategy cascaded to a new marketing plan, corporate image and website at the Organisational level. Operational analysis concluded that a new ERP system was required, which was acquired (Netsuite) and deployed as a project. Organisational procedures required formalising so I led the project to gain ISO 9001 Quality Management & ISO 27001 Information Security certification.
