Brought in to advise a network of agency leaders across Stagwell on agency growth and business development, with an emphasis on combined inter-agency pitch efforts and optimizing processes within agencies. I reported directly to the founder & Chairman of Anomaly, who was additionally the Chairman of the alliance of agencies I worked with. My role shifted in 2023 to be fully embedded with our sister agencies in healthcare. I was a key project leader in the bringing together of Scout Health and Concentric Health Experience to form ConcentricLife, responsible for the development of the brand, internal + external communications, and the combined business development process.
