Organized and executed a punch list walk-thru with all closing condo buyers. Coordinated with the general contractor on resolving any punch list items. Created, organized and submitted all closing documents for the title company, the brand and buyers in accordance with real estate purchase contracts. Managed the closing of approximately $150mm of luxury real estate including the organizing and documenting closing costs and fees such as HOA, FF&E, OS&E, Property Taxes, Utilities, Royalties and Realtor Commissions. Budgeted, planned and executed several sales events that exceeded brand standards focused on lifestyle aficionado programs such as fine wine, food, fashion etc. Negotiated and orchestrated successful multi-brand events generating a unique setting effectively highlighting sponsors. Planned fashion show at the Beverly Hills Hotel displaying winter apparel brands such as Smiths, Rossignol and Bogner.
