As the only Engineer Chapter Lead for the tribe I have managed and developed Engineers across multiple countries, locations and timezones. I have provided Engineering support and stability to a number of platforms that keep ANZ's information safe. These platforms have prevented Data Loss and Insider Threat damage to ANZ.

Providing "Operational" support to ANZ's business critical Cyber Security environment. One of few on-shore resources fronting a comprehensive off-shore team supplying hands on support. This support is of a "Dev-Ops" nature complementing the current support teams.

Project based support and teamwork related to the Unix and Middleware team deliverables. Sensis engaged Ingena to supply resources for various roles within their organisation. Working within expenditure related projects, I find similarities to the Telstra environment, with which I have many years of experience.

Project based support and leadership related to the Unix environment on behalf of Amdocs. Sensis engaged Amdocs to complete the IDM project due to a lack of resources and expertise. My duties can be summarised as Unix platform technical lead. My advice, planning, foresight and technical abilities has been invaluable in progressing the IDM project to near completion. Documentation I created and gathered will provide Amdocs and Sensis sufficient information for ongoing support of this environment.

On completion of my contract at Ford, I obtained a 12 month contract with IBM. I was serving another 12 month contract extension with IBM until an opportunity arose for a role in the Amdocs organisation. Administration of Sun equipment for the NG (New generation) project within Ford. Assisting the Unix team to administer and problem solve existing infrastructure, comprising Sun servers and Sun and HP Unix workstations. These systems are dedicated to supporting the many product development programs used to design and develop motor vehicles. Such packages as Catia, Ideas and Orbix, to name a few, are required to perform faultlessly on the Unix platform.

Administration of Sun, IBM and Dell hardware within the scope of the DCMI and Raptor-E projects within Telstra. Integrating with the Telstra Network Services Division, my skills and ground-up knowledge of the Raptor-E system has been conducive to a seamless hand-over of Raptor-E into Telstra control. As a sub-contractor to Telstra other Telstra developed projects, such as Netcracker have been my responsibility.

Administration of Sun equipment and environments within the organisation. Developing improvements to Infrastructure and maintaining Forte, Windows NT/2000 and Solaris systems. Liasing with project management in building and administering Development, Test and Production environments.

Confidently caring for customers with great success, not requiring supervision. Extensive training and exposure on Sun products along with self-training and workshop practise. Researching solutions and escalating potential problems. Competently solve customer problems without previous training or experience in Sun products.

Performing as senior customer representative and resource for Fujitsu peers. Self training and experience in a wide variety of solutions. Developing and running Victorian call centre for field service team. Exploring platforms to extend knowledge base, complimenting other areas within the Organisation.
