In conjunction with the responsibilities at MDRejuvena, I assisted the founder's next venture and led the implementation of their infrastructure from basic IT services to ERP implementation. As a subject matter expert of the team, we worked together to quickly bring a product to market within 9 months. The subscription based model required unique NetSuite programming to ensure accurate order fulfillment and financial reporting. In addition, I led the process to select the data warehouse solution using AWS RedShift, Stitch and Looker to provide a platform for critical analytical reporting.

Key member of the team starting a new brand and company which successfully launched in early 2015. MDRejuvena sold premium skincare products through physician practices and direct to consumer via Shopify. As a startup, we had a unique opportunity to choose IT Services that where SaaS model giving us flexible options to grow and change as needed. IT's first project was to lead the selection and implementation of the ERP/CRM/SFA system, NetSuite. The successful implementation of NetSuite offered many benefits and streamlined processes which allowed MDRejuvena to focus on the business. In addition to the NetSuite implementation we migrated from Google for Business to Office365. Office365 provided betters tools for management to monitor and control over the sales force.

Overseeing the business information systems I was responsible for enhancing existing systems to ensure flexibility and availability. While at SkinMedica I architected and built the Cognos Data Warehouse which hosted several data marts providing sales (Rx and Aesthetics business units), manufacturing and finance departments with extensive analytics. With this information, we successfully implemented mobile analytics using iPads and RoamBI to the sales force. In working with the departments I enhanced the web ordering system, Great Plains and SharePoint to provide a seamless integration. The integration's increased efficiencies for manufacturing, sales order process and distribution of products domestically and internationally which ensured double-digit year-over-year growth.

Managed the ERP, CRM and Contact Management Systems (ie eBackOffice, Clientele, Goldmine and HEAT), ensuring the systems are running in a 7/24 environment. Redesigned and managed the integration's between the various systems and the game databases; ensuring all information is accurate and integrates flawlessly. Steered weekly meetings with the business units to enhance their processes and ensure smooth operations.

Built Daphne's IT Department from the ground up by creating a foundation for the aggressive growth plans. Managed all IT vendors, contracts and introduced the latest technologies that streamlined the entire business process from front to back of house. I successfully introduced an online order system where orders are placed on the website and directly processed by the local Point of Sale system. I worked closely with the owner to develop a long-term IT strategy that aligned with the company goals and mitigate and issues.

Oversaw the IT Department managing all vendor contracts, infrastructure, consultants and contract staff at corporate headquarters consisting of Sybra, Inc., it's parent company ICH and another subsidiary, Lyons of California. Interacted with upper management to determine and recommend IT business strategy. In addition, relocated the corporate headquarters from Atlanta to San Diego, within San Diego and finally to Fort Lauderdale, FL with no or minimal downtime of services.

Managed the network and vendors at Polese Company and it's subsidiary, Type III, to modernize their entire network infrastructure and enhance site-to-site communication. Worked with the business users to enhance manufacturing analysis and reporting by developing a database pulling data out of JobBOSS, their ERP system, and perform analytic's on WIP and job manufacturing performance.

The largest of these clients where Aetna Realty, Kaiser Permanente and Kilroy Industries who's Real Property value totaled over $6 Billion. During this time I became a certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California which entails understanding of the three methods to Real Estate Valuation.
