Currently a Managing Director of UHY Advisors Mid-Atlantic MD, Inc., where I specialize in providing tax and management advisory services to closley held busisness. I also have substantial experience in the administration and taxation of estates and private foundations. I manage the tax department of the Columbia office of UHY and am one of the national tax leaders of UHY. I am also a Partner with UHY LLP, a licensed CPA firm. I am licensed as a CPA in the states of Maryland and Virginia. My professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.I have been on the Finance Committee of the Howard County General Hospital for over 15 years and currently serve as its Chairman. I have just rotated off as a Board Member of the Middle Patuxent Environmental Foundation.

This firm was started upon leaving Stegman & Company. Continued to work with closely held businesses, litigation support and managed the tax department.

Started as Staff Accountant and became an owner in 1986. Worked with a variety of closely held businesses providing tax, financial, litigation, and business advisory services.
