Established track record of doubling revenues and profits with successful organic growth, along with leading expansions of geographic sales and acquiring new products/businesses via business development.Also served on two public company boards: Infusystem (Nasdaq:INFU) from 2008 to 2018, and Diplomat Pharmacy (NYSE:DPLO) from 2013 to 2020. Roles included being chairs of Audit, Compensation & Nom Gov Committees. Extensive experience implementing strong corporate governance practices, and providing independent leadership guiding management to better meet shareholder's expectations and providing my operating experience. Infusystems is US leader for providing infusion pumps for treatments of collecteral cancer and pain management. Diplomat Pharmacy (DPLO) was the largest independent specialty pharmacy in the US, with annual revenues of over $4 billion, and merged with Optum/United Health in 2020.
