Responsible for video development/production and editing. Coordinated and organized projects and cost analyses while working with on-campus and external vendors. Prepared camera-ready materials to meet vendor specifications, including but not limited to: flyers, invitations, posters, postcards, large format banners, student information handouts, faculty presentation materials, exhibits and event promotion materials. Created and maintained web site content, including web banners as well as social media content targeting students, faculty, staff and the public. Created content, and ran the scheduling software (Four Winds Interactive) for three 50” interactive touchscreens located throughout the library.• Handled all graphic design, photography and video needs for the Henry Madden Library. Maintained photo library, worked with the university photo archiving system. Monitored and updated all social media for several months while the library was between PR Specialists.• Worked with university communications to maintain brand image, standards and guidelines, built positive working relationships with diverse group of faculty, coworkers and students campus wide.• Met with clients to determine communication concepts and needed design efforts. Managed multiple projects, both independently, as part of a larger group, met regularly with project managers and coordinated work with vendors.
