Recruit and Staff for various positions that includes IT, Engineering, Commercial, Light Industrial, and Administrative roles.Perform heavy networking of candidates for present and future opportunities.Schedule phone and in-person interviews for candidates.Create, develop and build job vacancy announcements in various formats. Conduct position reviews and interview managers to determine the type of technical expertise is needed for the jobs that need to be filled. Conduct new hire orientations. Duties also included recruiting IT and Accounting/Finance professionals internally for corporate headquarters.
