Having held a variety of increasingly-responsible roles in a large, multi-national pharmaceutical company, I learned how to solve problems and bring about a fair resolution of issues in a variety of situations.For over 10 years I have focused my legal practice on regulatory counseling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biologics companies in the areas of FDA law, healthcare fraud and abuse, and federal and state drug marketing, pricing, and other transparency laws.
