Responsible for all post-sales, including Customer Success Management, Field Engineering, Support, Solution Delivery, and Customer Reliability Engineering. Grew team from 10 team members to over 50 (and still hiring!). Delivered over 120% Net Renewal every year, including less than 5% churn. Also, grew annual services from near nothing to over $4m.

Lead a team of approximately 50 Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Engagement Managers. Consistently grew analytic services each year by driving strong partnership with the sales team, and defining 8 different marketing analytic use cases. Responsible for the P&L of the team, and was involved in all aspects of the business unit.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Teradata's Analytics division, responsible for managing a team of over 40 consultants (primarily Solution Architects). Owned and managed the analytic solutions business. Also, played a role as the Global Analytic Practice lead for all of Teradata.

Partner and Co-Founder of Lunexa, a consulting firm specializing in analytics and data engineering, acquired by Teradata in 2013. Helped lead the growth of the team from the three founders to 100+ consultants. Responsible for our solutions business and managing many of our most strategic accounts.
