Help Desk Analyst providing phone, deskside, and remote support for Pediatrix regional offices and various hospitals and private medical practices throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Currently supporting Citrix, VPN, and work-from-home winterm setups for the majority of our office-based staff.

I provide remote and deskside support for corporate headquarters, two airport hubs, and 41 additional airport locations. I work with PC's, laptops, and thin client computers.
