Teach “Business Skills for the Second Machine Age,” two 12-week courses for GA students and campus-based second-year UG students in Edinburgh, Dubai and (as of 2023) Malaysia pursuing an Honours degree in business management. Inspired by the night-time sky above Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, I established Reykjavik Sky Consulting initially to offer masterclasses in the Art of Strategic Questioning to business leaders and MBA candidates. Since then, I have added Design Thinking, Resilience, and Research Question Design to my masterclass portfolio. My aim is to transform the careers of those who participate in my sessions with boundary spanning approaches to solving problems, critical thinking and enquiry, coping with career and life challenges, and conducting research. I don't think outside the box: To me, there is no box.

For the School of Social and Political Science (SSPS), I deliver nine workshops annually on becoming a resilient researcher, advanced questioning skills, design thinking, and research question design using visual thinking to graduate students and PhD candidates.For the Institute for Academic Development (IAD), I deliver two workshops annually on research question design using visual thinking to graduate and PhD candidates.

Conducted advanced questioning skills masterclasses for the Full-Time MBA, EMBA and MEMBA programmes to help candidates gather data for their Business Mastery Project, Group Strategy Project, Group International Consulting Week Project, and corporate engagement. Conducted advanced questioning skills workshops for the SBS FTMBA programme. SBS has Triple Crown accreditation.

Delivered a masterclass for the University of Stirling Institute for Advanced Studies - "Critical Thinking and the Art of Asking Questions" - for master's students and first-year doctoral candidates from all academic disciplines to develop their critical thinking skills and to design research questions.

Conducted a questioning skills masterclass for directors, non-executive directors, trustees and leaders of SMEs across all sectors in Scotland who generally wanted to take their questioning skills to an advanced level, and who particularly wanted to gather information about highly sensitive topics in a collaborative rather than confrontational manner.

Invited to teach a 12-week Business Skills course to 250 undergraduate and graduate students in Edinburgh. Also invited to teach a second Business Skills course in a blended format to nontraditional students working and studying in the university's new GA programme.

Delivered a workshop to Nottingham Business School graduate students during Personal Development Week to help them develop their social intelligence - critical to riding the advancing waves of automation in the workplace. Also lectured during NBS Re-Discover Week to help undergraduates tune up their questioning skills. NBS has triple crown accreditation.

Taught a 12-week, one-credit “challenge course” on advanced questioning skills to students witha minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0.
