Post acquisition of Veryx Technologies by Saar Information Technology Group Dubai in Feb 2024, I am currently responsible for Marketing and Strategic Support, as the company looks to scale new heights, with expanded team and reach.

I had the privilege of leading Veryx’s mission to be an innovative provider of visibility, security and testing solutions to enable customers' digital transformation, until it was acquired by Saar Information Technology, Dubai, UAEVeryx has been working on many exciting areas, enabling customers to succeed in their digital transformation journey.They include• CLOUDMON– IT Observability Platform• BRIGHTVUE– Cyber security• SAMTEST - service assurance and diagnostics for SD-WAN, IP, MPLS and Ethernet networks • ATTEST- protocol conformance for IP, Ethernet and Industrial networkingBesides the above, we also have software-based probes, taps, analyzers and other benchmarking, monitoring and test tools.We also provide a range of software development, testing and automation services for 5G, Cloud etc.What sets us apart is our deep expertise in automation, networking and virtualization.Our vision is to be the partner of choice for our customers, based on innovative offerings, superior expertise and excellent support.

As a co-founder and CTO of Net-O2 Technologies (now Veryx Technologies),I provided technical direction and management oversight for the development of its first product – ATTEST. ATTEST was the company's flagship product for automated software-based testing for protocol conformance covering Layer 2, Layer 3 protocols. ATTEST has been a successful product, gaining customers within 18 months of company start-up, with many Tier-1 network equipment vendors globally. ATTEST Test suites were licensed by Agilent on their N2X platform

As head of the products group contributed to technology strategies and the development of a number of intellectual property assets relating to ATM, Ethernet and IP. Conceptualized and initiated the development of the Aricent ISS solution, thus enabling a robust platform for offering its products and solutions.Was briefly responsible as head of Asia-Pacific division, initiating and handling projects relating to customers and partners primarily in Australia, China and Taiwan.

Played a prominent role in the communications software group working on projects ranging from device drivers, embedded systems software, communication applications and protocols for over 9 years, progressing through roles such as developer, senior software engineer, technical leader and project manager.Co-led the effort in managing projects for Nortel and also worked at BNR Richardson, TX for Wireless testing software development.
