David leads Partner and senior level talent acquisition for the Americas at Brunswick. From the firm’s New York office, he builds on Brunswick's legacy as a destination for world-class talent, playing a critical role in shaping the firm’s current and future leadership.David joined Brunswick from Antler Capital, a $1.1bn global venture capital fund investing from 27 cities across six continents. As a Partner and member of the fund’s global expansion team, he hired 32 Partners to the global partnership over four years. This group of leaders spearheaded the fund’s expansion from five to 27 cities across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and MENA. David recruited Antler’s Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer, both sitting members of the fund’s Executive Committee.Prior to Antler, David was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund and one of the world’s largest institutional investors. He oversaw a global team tasked with covering the fund’s public and private markets investment divisions spanning six distinctive asset classes. David previously looked after Partner recruitment at McKinsey, where he was a member of McKinsey’s New Ventures practice – at the time the fastest growing practice over a seven-year stretch. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Private Equity practices, and started at Credit Suisse in Investment Banking.David serves on the Board of Firefly Foundation, a bioinformatics artificial intelligence platform designed to reimagine physician and surgeon training and professional development. He is an Advisor to venture capital and private equity funds – including Antler, MBM Capital, and VegaX. He serves an Advisor and Alumni Career Coach at Duke University, his alma mater, and to the Fuqua School of Business. David graduated from Duke University with distinction in International Relations.
