Senior Manager for Accenture's Cloud First Applications Team with responsibility across multiple industries in the Southeast Region and a specific focus on Salesforce and related technologies. I joined Cloud Sherpas as a delivery team member, but quickly moved into the role of Engagement Manager. The majority of my position is in the sales cycle. When an Account Executive has identified a qualified prospect, my job is to guide the conversation from the “what” to the “how”, and the ever-looming “how much”. This requires the ability to quickly analyze, summarize, size, and present, in a multi- shore, multi-vendor environment, a competitive bundle of transformations in a compelling way. Involvement in this formative stage of the process allows for the creation of lasting connections. Using these relationships I’ve cultivated, we’ve been able expand the reach of our custom cloud solutions with multiple enterprise-level customers. The identification, triage, and thoughtful offering of creative answers to the problems presented allowed me to continue fostering and expanding these growing business relationships. Making the progression from stranger, to consultant, to trusted advisor, is a key competency in which I pride myself.
