David Choi is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and private equity fund manager. Prior to founding Leverage Companies, David worked for some of the largest Real Estate Private Equity firms in the country as a key member in acquiring and managing over $2 Billion AUM. As the CEO and Founder of Leverage Companies, David currently has over $40mm in assets under management and has taken over $100mm in small to mid-cap multifamily projects full life cycle. As a founding member and partner of Brick City Capital, his firm originates over $100mm in real estate bridge financing annually. He currently serves as an advisory board member and partner of The Da Silva Team, Newark's #1 real estate company. In his spare time David has founded Leverage Cares, a philanthropic company focused on bringing financial literacy to the city of Newark. David graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers Business School with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
