I worked in this commercial law firm developing IT based solutions for clients to allow them to ‘re-use’ legal advice in their contract negotiations. Through the use of HotDocs software I scripted and developed ‘question and answer’ style legal templates that tailor and automate the production of NDA’s, sales agreements, T&C’s and other business related legal documents.

Employed by Dixons Stores Group (DSG) for over 12 years working across all four of the chains principle outlets; Currys, Dixons, The Link, PC World as well as at Regional Office and Career Start, Gloucester. For much of this time I operated as a Superstore Retail Sales Manager.Retail Sales Manager responsibilities covered all aspects of the day-to-day running of multi million pound turnover electrical retail stores. This included allocating staffing levels, staff training, customer service, promotional marketing and merchandising, stock levels, distribution and warehousing, sales and competitor analysis.DSG Career Start Trainer, GloucesterI was seconded to the Induction Training Centre at Gloucester in February 1997 as a Career Start Trainer. This involved training newly recruited Currys, Dixons and The Link staff during a residential four-day course. The course included health and safety, security, sales techniques, customer service and administration, culminating in an examination paper and evaluation interview.
