Scalable strategic planning and implementation.In today's fast paced environment, intuitive decisions based on experience can achieve more success than the use of purely analytical data.Facts matter in decision making, logic is extremely important, but information is never complete and rarely without error. We must intuitively move forward using rational analysis or risk our organizations being paralyzed with indecision.I’ve led the development and management of company compliance policy for state and national energy efficiency programs. It required collaboration with subject matter experts in multiple government agencies, non-profit, and for profit groups. Research has helped me marry multiple, complex regulatory programs into a usable and fiscally possible package that is used statewide in California. I've spent most of my life in organizational management and leadership. I have a strong desire to complete work alone for the sake of efficiency, but also recognize that efficiency often comes with proper leadership of a team and requires the mentoring and training of that team. I thrive working with talented but kind people that have a passion to achieve something. I believe in organizational transparency and that companies can achieve more when they uphold their integrity. I believe a company is only as good as the people that work in it.
