● Calculated cycle time and performed line balancing at work station for one-piece flow using MTM-UAS● Conducted ergonomic study to reduce overburdening activities at workstations● Prepared workflow diagram on the plant to find bottleneck activities and, for the client’s presentation● Organised Kaizen experiment at Automated Wrapper facility to improve flowrate and productivity● Drawn current plant layout on AutoCad and prepared revised plant layout to reduce congestion andimprove one-piece flow on the plant● Conducted 5S study on the work station, warehousing, and loading-unloading centres● Caculated costing and estimation of 4 different types of product (including manpower, forklifts,warehouse spacing and number of trailers per day) to provide unit rate to the client● Researched and provided ideas on reducing the environmental impact on the plant (Packagingmaterials, lighting etc)● Formulated standardised work procedures on work stations based on different types of products
