• Led and drove the certification process for Hyflux’s membrane to be certified by NSF. This certification is a key requirement for major projects and allows Hyflux to enter the Europe and US market. • Managed and responsible for the NPI process on the development of new Hyflux membrane product.• Ensured that new products were launched on time to expand the product family and offer alternatives to capture new market.
