• Improved Material and Inventory Planning Operation to reduce overall raw material inventory. This significantly reduced the inventory hold cost and warehousing storage space by 25%.

Hyflux Ltd

• Led and drove the certification process for Hyflux’s membrane to be certified by NSF. This certification is a key requirement for major projects and allows Hyflux to enter the Europe and US market.
• Managed and responsible for the NPI process on the development of new Hyflux membrane product.
• Ensured that new products were launched on time to expand the product family and offer alternatives to capture new market.
