Since 2005 have placed 1000+ candidates generating over $10 million in profit. • Successfully source, recruit and place highly credentialed attorneys and legal professionals in senior and executive-level permanent roles and sophisticated interim assignments. Partner with client’s upper management, including HR managers and C-level executives, to gain detailed understanding of needs, goals and budget and manage expectations according to market conditions and knowledge. Manage client relationships through effective, efficient and continual communication. • Source candidates for best in class talent based on clients’ requirements of experience, skill set and credentials through various mediums including LinkedIn Recruiter, social networking, job postings and cold-calling. Interview candidates to assess depth of experience, demeanor, personality traits, professionalism and competency. Manage hiring process from initial requisition to interviews to placement and onboarding to ensure both client and candidate are kept apprised of developments throughout. Maintain continuous pipeline of talent for future client needs.• Lead team of recruiters both locally and remotely in developing sourcing strategy to make most efficient use of time and resources.
