CurrentI founded OrgDevOps with a vision to apply DevOps principles to organizational development for the benefit of teams working in safety-critical environments. I have partnered through dozens of initiatives for healthcare/HCIT, emerging technology R&D, SaMD and medical device organizations. Balancing HR governance & med device lifecycle compliance, I drive results for clients, using evidence-based talent & OCM practices with rigor. My HR/OD audit process provides recommendations to accelerate and de-risk client operations, including critical paths for HR and med device compliance, IT adoption, and talent strategies. This is where real work begins.Talent program management - workforce planning, job design and full-cycle recruitment - are my deepest expertise. Since 2020, my work has focused on applying systems and HCD thinking with rigorous execution to guide client journeys through rapidly evolving industries. In 2021, after an OCM engagement supporting Epic EHR adoption at Washington's largest public hospital system and developing policy for Digica, and AI startup moving into the American market, I adjusted my manifest: To drive medical care quality and access.I support medical device startups through talent & multiphase change programs. I use behavior modeling, OCM & performance acceleration frameworks - ADKAR, OKRs, CFRs to build talent programs and simplify decision-making systems for med device leadership teams.
