- Proofread the 444-page manuscript for the publication of Jeroen Duindam, Tülay Artan and Metin Kunt ed., Royal Courts in Dynastic States and Empires (Leiden etc. 2011).- Created a 12-page index for the above manuscript based on the Chicago Manual of Style.

- Secured ten authors, set draft deadlines, edited submissions, wrote an editorial, created the table of contents and approved the final layout as the Managing Coordinator of a five-member team.- Copyedited, line edited, and proofread fifteen, 5K to 6K word articles annually. Responsible for proofreading of editorial and promotional copy for nine issues.- Responsible for final quality control and approval on all articles published in 2010 as one of two Quality Control Editors.

- Provided customer management, author coordination, administrative, and editing support for a 150-page history journal published three times annually by Leiden University students and faculty.- Responsibilities of the secretary included customer relations, sales processing, administrative work such as maintaining the subscriber database, as well as recording the minutes of the biweekly meetings of the twenty-member editorial board. - Maintained an archive of meeting minutes, agendas, tracked receipts and conducted a quarterly inventory of the hardcopy issues on hand.

- Reviewed and corrected the contents of an unfinished 170-page manuscript of the Chronicon Moissiacense, an early medieval chronicle written in Medieval Latin.- Checked and corrected the entire technical apparatus of the edition of the Chronicon Moissiacense, which included attributions to three other medieval manuscripts, as well as to numerous other medieval sources used by the chronicle.- Revised the contents and language of the 160-page introduction to the edition, previously intended as a PhD dissertation by the late J.M.J.G. Kats.- Updated the entire thesis based on newly published scholarly works and a closer reading of the original medieval chronicle and wrote roughly fourty pages of new material.- Added footnotes throughout and an extensive bibliography, abbreviation index, and list of sigla to the introduction.
