I manage a Team of Engineers that have a Broad Breadth of experience within the HW Design Process. This is a team that is made up of MFG, Mechanical, Software and Process Engineers that are focused on Product Development Interests. In particular we are the point team engaged with the HW Arch/ HW Engineering teams to develop and design the Prototype Test Process for NPI Products. We Deliver PCA's, Mechanical HW and SW Images needed to test the product during the initial Proto type Phase. We are also the liaisons with MFG to ensure that we include that the MFG Teams Requirements have been included and Validated during these build processes to ensure a successful transition and ramp into Production.
