- Developed, wrote, and tested a navigation device driver for a future iDEN phone, worked with software debugging devices, tested software code on prototype phone boards, and used an oscilloscope to analyze hardware signals - Wrote and inspected requirement, design, architecture documentation, and code for my design project- Learned, documented, and used the Understand software analysis tool for reverse engineering phone code, and became familiar with the iDEN protocols, tools, and processes

- Helped maintain the stability and security of the Cole network which consisted of over 1,000 computers, troubleshoot emergency and normal user support calls, and completed numerous team and individual projects- Setup, upgraded, and moved users and their computers, resolved printer problems, LAN, PC, andlaptop issues on Windows 95, NT, 2000, and XP operating systems, and helped keep track ofsoftware and hardware inventory and licensing- Setup software test environments, tested software compatibility, deployed software packages and hardware upgrades, and documented procedures

- Developed a financial options presentation for a client, and helped bring in new customers- Organized financial transactions and records for all the clients of a top 10 U.S. Financial Advisor and his financial investment group- Created and implemented a call script for encouraging Merrill Lynch customers to sign up with a promotional internet account access package, which as a result gave our financial group extra company financial benefits
