Led energy efficiency, demand response and dynamic load management programs for New York City and Westchester. Lead five business teams, consisting of 20 direct reports and over 50 vendors/ subcontractors, to overhaul failing programs and exceed regulatory mandated EEPS 2 goals. $250MM overall approved Public Service Commission Budget. Managed projects to increase energy savings and reduce costs for residential, multi-family and small business customers through stakeholder management, change management, and process reengineering. Managed ConEd’s relationships with external stakeholders, regulators, and the public, by modernizing our communication platforms and methods, including: social media, redesign and launch of internal and external websites, and program design.Implemented Salesforce CRM across multiple programs. Launched Rush Hours Rewards and Bring Your Own Thermostat (BYOT) programs, along with several other gamification pilots to drive customer engagement and participation in DLM programs. These initiatives set the standard and where ordered by regulators to be adopted across New York State.Modernized company tracking and reporting of program program goals, which allowed for better visibility to identify failure points and correct mid stream. Including Salesforce, Tableau, Sharepoint to track , trend, coordinate and report on program goals. Overhauled product offering, proposed and received approval to integrate new measures such as LED lighting and heat pumps into existing programs. These new technologies offered greater savings for our customers and forever changed how these programs where designed and operated, integrating new means of greater savings, for less overall costs.Led the operational calling of demand response programs for the entire service territory, included coordination with NYISO, bulk and distribution control rooms as well as informing and reporting to NY DPS. Led development of platform, training, policy and procedures.
