• Design and engineer fuel systems components in 3D CAD system (CATIA V5).• Management of documentation in PLM system.• Geometric tolerancing. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure designs meet requirements. • Support the FMEA.

Madrid (Spain)

• Design, development and monitoring of aluminum high pressure die casting tools (CATIA V5 and Pro | Engineer). • Technical support to customers (technical feasibility studies).• Monitoring external DC tools manufactured by suppliers.• Standardization development.• Drafting of guidelines on the use of CATIA V5 in the creation and editing of casting tools.
