Technical Coordinator (Advanced Engineering) April 2015 - Present: • Technical coordination of projects from RFQ stage till PPAP. • Lead Technical meetings at Customer and explain the technical feasibility studies. • Filter RFQ’s along with Sales Department. • Prepare and lead RFQ kick-off meeting with Plant Engineering, DC Design Engineers and Project Managers, and define the requirements to reach the targets. • Support Sales team (Account Managers) technically in Business development. • Prepare PCA's (Process and Cost Analysis) along with Plant Engineering. • Approve Feasibility commitments along with Plant Engineering. • Co-ordinate with Plant Engineering during sample and approval phase.Die Casting Tool Design Engineer (June 2014 - March 2015): • Responsible for optimization of the component according to the Die Casting process parameters (RFQ stage). • Responsible for the simulation of the DC process and design of Die Casting tools. • Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the tool performance so that the components meet the customer requirements and so as to make the DC process stable (RFQ and sample production stage).• Prepare Technical Feasibility Analysis. • Giving on-site support for the start-up of a new plant in Mexico as responsible for the design area and giving technical support to customers in the NAFTA market. • Responsible for training new DC Tool Design Engineers. • Search and evaluation of DC tools suppliers in Mexico and the USA.

• Design and engineer fuel systems components in 3D CAD system (CATIA V5).• Management of documentation in PLM system.• Geometric tolerancing. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure designs meet requirements. • Support the FMEA.
