David is a successful serial entrepreneur, having founded a number of companies to date. David co-founded Silvar-Lisco in 1979 and took the company public in 1984. He founded Vantage Analysis Systems in 1986 and merged the company in 1992 with Viewlogic at IPO valuations. In 1994 he founded Personal Productivity Tools which was merged into another company, MobileSys, which he founded in 1999. MobileSys subsquently merged with mBlox in 2002; mBlox was aquired in 2016 by publicly held CLX and is the worlds leading SMS (text messaging) aggregator. In 2003, David founded iTechTool and continues running this company; iTechTool is a leading enterprise focused mobile content platform and mobile alert aggregator providing products and services to multi-national corporations worldwide.David has been a limited partner in a number of venture capital funds, has provided consulting services to the venture capital industry, and has provided consulting to numerous startups and entrepreneurs over the years.David holds a number of patents, and has numerous publications including 2 text books.Specialties: Enterpreneurship, venture capital, founding and growing high-tech startups.
