• In my work with airline executives, I have found they are investing in the passenger experience to increase loyalty, revenues, and margins; however, many are limiting their opportunities to monetise the in-flight segment.• Airlines have a captive, data hungry audience on a flight, but the lack of reliable connectivity fails to deliver against the accelerating digital expectations of your passengers.
