My Role within Josh Evans soccer school is to help maintain and improve the standard of coaching delivered through sessions, be this PPA, development centres, Futsal or academy sessions.Working with the Josh Evans team to develop new projects and increase participation numbers throughout our programs.Liaise and build relationships with Schools, parents and coaches.Delivering CPD events to our team of coaches.Ultimately my job is to help make sure each individual has the best opportunity to develop with us no matter how long they are part of our programs.

Organising and coaching Ashtead Mini Colts, a Saturday afternoon session which entailed roughly 120 children playing football between the years of Reception - year 5. Where we gave specialised training to each player to develop them further. At the end of the year we pick 7 players from year 1 upwards to make up a team that will train and play matches once a week.As well as that, I managed and coached under 8's and under 12's football teams. Both teams trained once a week on a Tuesday evening.The under 8's play a match every Saturday morning and the under 13's play a match every Sunday morning. I was also lead coach of the U16 age group where we train once a week focusing on technical and tactical aspect of the modern game.

It was my job to provide the product requested by mixing different paints to achieve the correct colour.I had to give up this position because the hours conflicted with my new role as a Football Coach at Ashtead Football Club.
