Full P&L and safety performance responsibility across manufacturing, sales, and logistic functions. Establish and execute business strategy, including business organisational structure rationalization, change management following business acquisition, implementation of employee performance and development plans in accordance with business requirements. Lead sales development in new geographical markets and product categories to drive profitable growth. Cost control and accountability for capital improvement and maintenance spending. Legal compliance in relation to Occupational Health and Safety, Australian Standards and Work Safe Victoria. Risk management and review, control of return to work process and elimination of injury related claims. Alignment of acquired business including, improvement of general business governance, creation and maintenance of standard operating procedure documentation, development of internal process procedures, and increase inter-company transactions.

ResponsibilitiesKey account management including Ranbuild, Danks, Bunning’s Trade, Mitre 10, OneSteel, Reece and Tradelink Provide 2IC support for site (including supervision or manufacturing, sales and logistic functions).Development of strategic segment plans, sell guidelines in line with market fluctuations, research and development management, sales forecasting including short term sales pipeline.Interview, appointment and induction for new sales, operations and administration employees.Understanding legal responsibility in relation to onsite health & safety, code of practice, Australian Standards and Work Safe Australia reporting obligations.Maintenance Management systems, risk assessments and safety auditing.

ResponsibilitiesActively target new business and growth of existing accounts.Sound ability to interpret construction documentation and supply quantity estimations in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.Coordinate support staff and ensure effective delegation of tasks.Facilitate seamless business transactions between BlueScope Lysaght and its customers.
