Teaching a class in Advanced Technologies for the Masters in Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration (MCAA) . As an adjunct professor at Concordia University Irvine, I developed the curriculum for the MCAA 541 Class in Advanced Technologies. Recently, in collaboration with fellow adjunct, Vince Brown, I redeveloped the MCAA 540 Class in Sport Technologies, and currently teach that class to the student body.

- Facilitated, managed, and lead a competitive sports program for 36 teams. - Headed a six-person team of school-site athletic administrators. - Supported an athletic staff totaling around 70 personnel. - Managed the annual budget - Served on the school’s risk management committee, collaborating with risk managers across all areas of the school community. - Served, in an advisory capacity, to the Arden Project construction group, which completed a $27m athletic facility on the school property. - Served on the school’s technology committee, providing technology support to the faculty and staff and helping promote innovation in technology. - Coordinated and administered eleven physical education classes that serve student-athletes enrolled in a variety of athletic conditioning programs. - Managed the league championships in tennis, track & field, cross country, and swimming & diving. - Established the school’s first-ever Sports Medicine Program, including a working relationship with the pediatric sports medicine specialists and research program at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. - Established the school’s first-ever athlete conditioning program for high school athletes in eleven different sports. - Helped establish the school’s first-ever competitive golf, water polo, and lacrosse programs as well as facilitating the transfer of the competitive equestrian team into the school’s athletic program.- In 2006-2007 Marlborough won the prestigious CIF Southern Section Commissioner’s Cup, awarded to the most decorated girl’s athletic program in the entire section. - Between 1999 and 2016, lead the school’s competitive athletic program to dozens of league championships across all competitive levels, as well as eleven CIF-SS Championships, and two CIF State Championships.

- Lead a vibrant youth soccer club in the South Bay of Los Angeles County. - Lead all meetings of Sand & Surf Soccer Club and the Board of Directors. - Served as the official spokesperson/representative for Sand & Surf Soccer Club. - Recommend chairpersons for various committees. - Executed Sand & Surf Soccer Club contracts at the direction of the Board of Directors. - Oversaw compliance and enforcement of Sand & Surf Soccer Club policies. - Developed new program initiatives in conjunction with the Board of Directors.The club incorporated 45 boys and girls teams that compete in the Southern California Development Soccer League under Cal South.Club website: https://sandandsurfsoccer.com/
